Acas Wales works with employers and employees to help improve working life for everyone. We do so by resolving workplace disputes through our dispute resolution service, whilst helping to improve organisation performance by providing practical, expert advice and training.

Many organisations find it useful to discuss their workplace needs with an Acas Trainer or one of our Senior Advisors. Initial advice and problem solving is free, more complex situations and workplace training may be charged for. We are more than happy to provide this, to arrange a call back.

Call us on 0300 123 1150 or complete our Customer contact form with your requirements.

Tailor-made business solutions

Whether you're looking to review policies, introduce change or have a particular issue you need to address with your staff - We can work with you, and, where appropriate, your Trade Union or employee representatives to create solid business solutions.

Free Equality & Diversity health-checks

Acas Wales offer free 'health-checks' on your Equality & Diversity policies and procedures. Our Equality & Diversity Advisor will 'walk you through' everything from recruitment and selection, managing performance and maintaining standards; benchmarking your current policies, procedures & practices against best practice.

Mediation

Acas has over 30 years' experience of delivering mediation - working with organisations of all sizes to quickly resolve conflict. CIPD report that over half of the UK workforce have received no training managing conflict despite it costing employers more than £24 billion in lost working days. We are proud to be able to offer accredited training so that organisations can develop their own in-house, qualified mediation team ensuring that conflict can be resolved quickly and effectively - we run our 'Certificate in Internal Workplace Mediation' throughout Wales and can also arrange this to be delivered in-house.
